The CMSF has partnered with the Peninsula Community Foundation (PCF) of Virginia, Inc., based in Hampton, Virginia — a proven steward of charitable assets with more than two decades of experience managing funds for individuals, families, nonprofits, and corporations.

PCF handles the full lifecycle of CMSF’s scholarship and grant programs, including:
